At JCF, we can help kids become healthier and more active by introducing them to physical activities they enjoy. Our youth fitness programs are designed for kids and teens in the early stages of physical development.
By combining exercises that strengthen the muscles and help them burn calories, we’ll teach your child or teen the fundamental skills required for building a healthy lifestyle that will stay with him or her for years to come.
All fitness programs include a personalized nutrition plan and a complete assessment to determine the level of these five health-related components:
